CT Scan (CBCT)
A 3D scan of the jaws and airway provides critical information about bone quality, implant positioning, and anatomical landmarks, ensuring a safe and predictable surgical plan.

Trios Intraoral Scan & Bite Record
A digital scan of your teeth and bite relationship captures the exact anatomy of your mouth with high precision. This data forms the foundation for designing surgical guides and temporary restorations.

Surgery Day

Surgical Guide Fabrication
Using the combined data from the Face Hunter, CT scan, and Trios scan, our lab designs and fabricates an ultra-precise surgical guide. This guide ensures implant placement follows the exact planned angulation, depth, and position.

Custom Healing Abutments
We produce site-specific healing abutments that shape the gum tissue and prepare the area for ideal esthetics and emergence profile.

Trios Scan with Scan Bodies
Once implants are placed, the surgeon captures a new digital scan using scan bodies. This scan communicates the exact implant positions to our lab in real time.

Full-Arch iCam 4D Scan
For full-arch cases, an iCam 4D photogrammetry scan records implant positions with sub-micron accuracy. This eliminates the need for traditional impressions and ensures a perfectly fitting temporary and final prosthesis.

Temporaries

Same-Day PMMA Crown (Single Unit)
For single-tooth implant cases, we fabricate and deliver a highly esthetic PMMA temporary crown the same day, allowing you to leave with a beautiful replacement tooth.

Next-Day PMMA Bridge (Full Arch)
For full-arch implant cases, our lab designs and mills a custom PMMA provisional bridge by the next business day. This restoration is crafted with natural “organic” esthetics and provides immediate function and confidence.

Final Restoration – 4–6 Months Post-Op

Final Impressions & Esthetic Evaluation
Once healing and osseointegration are complete, we gather final digital impressions and perform an esthetic evaluation of the provisional to determine shape, size, color, and functional refinements.

Verification Jig & Printed Try-In (Full-Arch Cases)
A verification jig ensures absolute accuracy of the implant positions. A 3D-printed try-in allows doctors and patients to preview the final design before we mill the definitive restoration.

Delivery of the Final Prosthesis
Your final prosthesis-crafted from premium materials using the world-class Zirkonzahn M4 mill-is delivered with a precision fit, natural esthetics, and long-term durability.
